I am Max Troll.
Real estate investor, project developer, and founder of Dubai Connect. My passion for real estate began in 2015 with the purchase of my first apartment. Since 2019, I have been developing my own projects - from planning to successful implementation.
Through my own investment practice, I know every phase of a property acquisition: from tax concepts to construction quality to the exit strategy even before the purchase. This experience is the foundation of my work - structured, realistic, and always with the aim of avoiding risks and maximizing opportunities.
2021 was the turning point.
During a vacation in Dubai, I visited three properties – and immediately sensed that this market works differently: faster, clearer, and more solution-oriented. On the day of my return trip, I received news in Germany that one of my approved projects had unexpectedly been halted once again. At that moment, I realized that I needed an alternative – a market that enables decisions rather than prevents them. A year later, I invested in my first property in Dubai – and successfully sold it in 2025. Since then, additional investments followed, the establishment of my company, the acquisition of a resident visa, and a strong network of reliable partners on-site.
